The Milwaukee Brewers secured a two-game series lead in the NLDS after star outfielder Jackson Chourio walked off the San Diego Padres on Sunday.
Chourio delivered a clutch two-out single off Padres All-Star closer Mason Miller to win the game.
Milwaukee entered the ninth trailing 3-2, with Miller pitching his second inning after throwing a 1-2-3 eighth frame.
Christian Yelich walked and stole second base after Garrett Mitchell grounded out to begin the inning. Miller then walked Sal Frelick before getting Andrew Vaughn to fly out to center field. Gary Sánchez walked to load the bases after coming on as a pinch hitter. Afterward, Chourio singled to score the game-winning runs.
