Dallas Stars winger Jason Robertson turned down a massive offer from the Seattle Kraken, nixing a potential sign-and-trade.
The Kraken reportedly presented Robertson with an eight-year deal worth around $15 million annually. It would've made him the second-highest-paid player in the NHL.
Robertson, 26, is set to become a restricted free agent July 1. He and the Stars are at least $2 million per season apart in contract negotiations.
