The San Francisco 49ers' injury woes continue.
Head coach Kyle Shanahan announced Monday that quarterback Brock Purdy is uncertain for Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints due to injuries to his left shoulder and toe, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
San Francisco is also placing tight end George Kittle on the injured reserve, which will sideline him for at least four games due to a hamstring injury, sources told Schefter. He could miss up to five weeks, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
