The Milwaukee Brewers placed reliever Trevor Megill on the 15-day injured list Wednesday with a flexor strain in his right pitching arm.
Megill said he underwent imaging Tuesday that revealed the Grade 1 strain.
"Nothing too serious. No damage to the ligament," Megill told reporters, including Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. "(I've) kind of been grinding through it over the last week, and 34 pitches (Sunday versus the San Francisco Giants) wasn't it."
