Toronto Blue Jays right-hander Berrios will visit Dr. Keith Meister on Tuesday to have his right elbow inflammation evaluated, manager John Schneider said Friday.
Berríos recently underwent an MRI, which revealed the inflammation. He wasn't permitted to pitch in the World Baseball Classic for Puerto Rico as a result of his insurance being denied.
