Toronto Blue Jays right-hander Cody Ponce sustained an ACL sprain in his right knee and will miss significant time, manager John Schneider said Tuesday, according to Shi Davidi of Sportsnet.
The Blue Jays are waiting for second opinions before figuring out how to proceed with Ponce's injury.
