Cincinnati Reds ace Hunter Greene is expected to be out until July after he undergoes a procedure to remove bone chips from his elbow Wednesday.
Greene had been dealing with right elbow discomfort dating back to last season and opted to undergo an MRI when the pain returned during spring training.
