The Toronto Maple Leafs have added a future Hall of Famer to their crease, signing free-agent netminder Sergei Bobrovsky to a three-year contract, the team announced Wednesday.
Bobrovsky, who turns 38 in September, is coming off a down year in which he posted an .877 save percentage in 52 appearances with the Florida Panthers. He ranked 90th out of 98 goaltenders last season with minus-12.2 goals saved above expected.
