The Jacksonville Jaguars are signing wide receiver Jakobi Meyers to a three-year contract extension worth $60 million, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero.
Meyers' new deal includes $40 million in guaranteed salary. The 29-year-old was set to become a free agent following this season but opted to remain in Jacksonville after arriving via trade from the Las Vegas Raiders in November.
Meyers has provided an immediate impact to the Jaguars' offense. Possessing the versatility to line up across the formation, the wideout has quickly earned the trust of quarterback Trevor Lawrence and head coach Liam Coen.
